The free two-week diagnostic

Two weeks. No cost. A clear picture of where your practice stands.

Every partnership starts the same way. We learn about your practice and vision. And then show you what we found. If it's useful, we can talk about working together. If it isn't, you're welcome to keep the report. However, we're pretty sure you'll love it.

How it works.

01

Week one

We listen.

We begin by meeting with you and your leadership team to learn about your goals for the practice. We want to understand your current priorities and what would make the next year successful. Next, we meet with your billing and front office teams to see how your daily operations are going. With our experience running facilities, we enjoy working with these teams and gaining real insight into your practice.

Along with these conversations, we also review your data. We have developed our own programs and benchmarks to see where your practice stands. Your data and privacy are important to us, so we always begin with an NDA and a BAA to protect you. This process may seem detailed, but most practices already have this information. We will send you a list and can help you get the answers you need from your MSOs if necessary.

We will focus on four pillars:

  • Billing and front office operations

Coding, claims, denials, scheduling, phones, intake, inbound referrals, and more. We look to see how your key operating levers may be leaking revenue.

  • Growth and expansion

New locations, service lines, or providers. These can be excellent areas where AI can enable shared services and savings across multiple areas.

  • Financial health

Revenue cycle, days in A/R, and cash flow. We focus on whether your numbers are healthy and whether they lead or lag your peers.

  • Leadership vision

Where you want the practice to be in a few years, what you are already working on, and what stands in the way.

02

Week two

We go to work.

You will not hear much from us this week, and that is on purpose. We use this time to bring everything together and run your numbers through the models we have built.

We have created our own programs and benchmarks to see where your practice stands. Our models review hundreds of data points at once and highlight where the biggest opportunities might be. An experienced operator then reviews these findings. We base this analysis on our client work (used with permission), published industry data, and years of experience in the field.

Next, we compare your results to your peers and industry benchmarks. We then match the opportunities we found to real solutions. Over 50 tools are available in your field, but we narrow them down to the two or three that are truly worth your time.

We close the two weeks by walking your leadership through all of it.

The report

What you walk away with.

A detailed report on your practice: how you compare to your peers and to industry benchmarks, where your opportunities are, and what it would take to go after them. How they align with your long-term vision and what the return on each of those is.

It is written for the people who run the practice, not for consultants. So don't expect a lengthy slide deck. We prefer a crisp, to-the-point document that is thorough without being overly verbose. But we do love coffee jokes, so there may be one or two.

And it is yours either way. If you decide not to work with us, you keep the report and everything in it.

Do you need patient data?
Usually not. We can run the whole diagnostic without PHI. If it turns out we do need it, the BAA covers it and we treat it the way your clinical systems do.
What do we send you?
Practice operating metrics and a set of financial metrics. We give you the specific list up front, and your systems can almost always generate it.
Is it really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, no invoice at the end. All we ask is that you share what we need to do the work properly.
What if we pass?
You keep the report. We would rather you have a clear view of your practice and decide that we are not the right fit than have neither.

Why we start here

Our motive.

We could sell you a strategy deck, but we would rather earn your trust and work. So we do the first two weeks for free, and we build them around three things that need to be true at the end.

  1. 01

    You enjoyed working with us

Two weeks is long enough to see how we ask questions and how we treat your team.

  2. 02

    You can see your opportunities

Sized, ranked, and specific to your practice, not a list of industry trends.

  3. 03

You know if we are the right partner

Confident enough to go after them together. Or confident that we are not the right fit, which is worth knowing too.

This process flies by. If you have an espresso or two during this time, it'll be even quicker!

Phase two

Making it real.

If the two weeks go the way we hope, the natural next step is to build the things the report points to. That is where we become your strategic partner and your AI Department.

Your strategic partner

We turn your recommendations into practical parts of your practice and measure their effectiveness. This part focuses on your strategic vision and how our experience can help you choose the right path and avoid costly mistakes.

Your AI Department

Vendors change, new tools launch, rules shift. Your AI Department watches the landscape so nobody on your team has to, and monitors to make sure they deliver on their promises. Read more about this in the link below:
