What happens during the free two-week diagnostic?

We spend two weeks learning how your practice works. We meet with your team, review key workflows and data, and identify the biggest opportunities to improve performance. At the end, we walk you through what we found and what we would prioritize.

What information do you need from us?

It depends on the practice, but we usually ask for a few key reports, some time with leadership and staff, and a look at the workflows you want to improve. We try to keep the process simple and avoid asking for anything we do not actually need.

Do you need patient data?

Usually, no. Most of the diagnostic can be completed without Protected Health Information (PHI). If PHI is needed, we can put the appropriate agreements and safeguards in place first.

What do we receive at the end of the diagnostic?

You receive a clear report showing what we found, where the biggest opportunities are, and what we recommend doing next. Where possible, we also estimate the financial or operational impact of those opportunities.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the two-week diagnostic and no obligation to continue working with us afterward. You keep the findings either way.

Does Camino take commissions from AI vendors?

No. We are independent and do not take commissions from software vendors. Our recommendations are based on what we think is the best fit for your practice.

What happens if we decide to move forward?

We agree on the priorities and build a plan around them. Depending on what your practice needs, that can include vendor selection, implementation, workflow redesign, training, or ongoing support.
